“Hi James,
I want to thank you for all of the great work you have done with Garrick.
Last week, Costa Mesa faced Santa Ana high school in a league game in which Garrick was the starting pitcher. He had a rough 1st inning, giving up 4 runs. In the past, Garrick would have taken himself out of the game mentally. He did not have the ability to put a bad inning behind him. However, the mental training skills you have introduced to him brought an amazing change in his response. At the end of the 1st inning, Garrick jogged off the mound, took his turn at bat, and, when he stepped onto the mound again he was in total control. He was focused, agressive and retired the top of the lineup in order. He went on to pitch 3 consecutive one-two-three innings. With your help, Garrick was able to put the 1st inning behind him, regain his focus and hold Santa Ana hitless and scoreless for the next 3 innings.
His coach was more than pleased! I am thrilled that Garrick has made so much progress
